Wing Telecom & Telcom Barracks
RCAF BB #23

It has been reported that this building was in effect RCAF BB #23. The half of the building that faced the domestic site housed the Wing Telecom section during the 1962-1966 period of time. The other side of the building was commonly referred to as the "Telecom Barracks".
